I keep search solar powered staff, and here's what I found today :D

For those who use Iqua Ltd.'s new SUN Bluetooth headset, a sunny day can mean more time chatting on the phone. The idea behind the cell phone headset, which uses available light indoors and out to recharge its battery, earned Iqua an Innovation Award. Iqua's solar-powered headset was recognized for its combination of design and ability to increase talk time and recharge through its built in solar cell. The headset, priced at about $100, will be available in the U.S. starting this month. Iqua is based in Finland with a U.S. office in Oak Park.
